Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. At the moment, international shipping is not available. We are focused on serving our customers within India with efficiency and consistency.

How Orders Are Processed

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your package for dispatch. This process typically takes 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and official holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. While we always aim to get your items to you as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

If a Delivery Cannot Be Completed

Sometimes, orders cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package. In such cases, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You may reach out to us to arrange for a re-delivery.

Handling Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage. In cases where your order appears to be lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner. Based on the outcome, we will either ship a replacement or process a refund.
